Grilled corn on the cob is a local favorite, often found being sold by vendors with push carts. The corn can be boiled and then grilled, or put straight on the fire inside the husks. However, it is important to check if you are buying sweet corn, which is the yellow variety in Cambodia, as opposed to the white corn which is shorter with a pasty consistency.
